My Journey
I’m Luke, a qualified personal trainer and former professional athlete, based in North West London.
Sport has shaped most of my life. After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 11, training became central to how I managed my health while continuing to perform at a high level. That discipline took me into professional sport, where structure, recovery and consistency were fundamental.
My experiences underpin how I coach today. I understand what it takes to train with intent and standards, and how those principles need to adapt once life, work and family come into play.
I bring that mindset into every session. Whether you're starting from scratch, managing a health condition, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, my role is to help you move forward with purpose and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people at very different starting points, which has shaped a coaching style that’s calm, considered and realistic. I place a strong emphasis on awareness, good movement and steady progress, rather than extremes or short-term fixes.
I work with clients who want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their bodies, whether they’re working towards something specific or thinking longer term. My approach respects performance, but prioritises longevity. The aim is meaningful progress that you can feel and maintain.
