My Journey
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and certified coach with a lifelong passion for sport and movement – and a firm belief that setbacks shape us, not stop us.
I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 11, and from that point on, sport became my outlet – a way to stay strong, focused, and in control. It led to a scholarship and to playing elite level sport, until a shoulder injury brought that chapter to a close.
That pause gave me perspective. While working through my own recovery, I spent time working with and supporting people with additional needs as they navigated routes into further education. As someone who’s also dyslexic, I understand what it means to find your own way. It reminded me that strength isn’t just physical – it’s mental, emotional, and often about showing up when it’s hard. That experience continues to shape how I coach.
Now, I bring that mindset into every session. Whether you're starting from scratch, managing your own condition, or just wanting to feel better in your body – I’m here to help you move forward, with purpose and confidence.
